Dropped off a cocktail dress that I borrowed from a friend. Simple fabric, no lace/beads/sequins. Was told to pick up Tuesday. I asked the cost and was told $20. Arrived to pickup Tuesday and their shipment was not in. Was not told to wait for a text. Make a second trip on Friday and it was $40+. Same gentleman that quoted me. He said long gowns are more. Same gown I dropped off though when I was quoted 🤔. Friendly but misquoted on price and time.

In town for two weeks over a holiday weekend. They scheduled a special pickup from the downtown location. The next morning everything was ready and my clothes were clean for the next week of work. Very convenient downtown location! Will use again on my next extended work visit! Thanks Vicky and James for making my visit superb!

Had my mom’s mother of the bride dress dry cleaned there after she had coke spilled on it. They did a great job and it was very affordable for a formal gown to be cleaned! They are conveniently located downtown and have a free spot in front of the store to quickly stop in to drop something off or pick something up. It was a very easy and simple process. They also have an online portal that can determine your preferences for items if you’re a regular (like folding or creasing items). Recommend to others!
