Quality - Good Although I felt the pricing was a little high. When I dropped of my winter coat to have the zipper replaced the old zipper had already been removed. I had a zipper, but it was brass colored and would have been exposed and would not have looked good. I gave the zipper to the shop and they replaced it with a black one. So, two things. the old zipper had been removed, thus saving time. I replaced the new zipper with the brass one. So yes, I feel I was over charged @ $40.00

I've had good experiences over several years with Fabric Care Center here in Plainfield. The staff is friendly, even when they're slammed with customers, and the one time I had a problem with my order, they bent over backwards to make it right. Prices are reasonable. I mean, everything is expensive these days, but there are plenty of cleaners around that cost more. Sometimes there are coupons available that make it even more affordable. They've earned my repeat business.

The staff at Courtesy Cleaners in East Wabash are absolutely top notch! I brought in the mattress pad and heavy brocade bedspread from my master bedroom. The items are sizable and very heavy. Though they were not soiled, January is the major house cleaning month in our family. After a disappointing experience elsewhere and good references for Courtesy, I entrusted them with the precious bedspread that I loved so much that I paid way too much for it. Today when I picked up my items, I rushed home and slowly unfolded the beautiful fabric across the bed. PERFECTION! It was as perfect as the day I bought it! Courtesy is the place for perfection— at an affordable price!

Omgee when I went to pick up my 2 bed comforts I was so happy. They were bagged. Yeah didn’t have to just throw in the backseat. Taking them out of bag and putting on my bed. Wow. The laundry was washed, dried, and folded well. It was ready for pickup when scheduled. The blanket was packaged in a separate blanket bag. The staff was respectful and greeted me when I entered. I will definitely use the service again. I am pleased with the service and have used this business numerous times. I will continue to support this business.

Service was remarkably easy. As someone who routinely drives around for a week+ meaning to stop and pick up my clothes the ability to seamlessly have it delivered to my house when complete was great. They did a great job on the clothes and price was reasonable.
