We scheduled a pick up to have some suit jackets and a coat dry cleaned. When we scheduled for a pick up the driver did not ring our doorbell and left a bag. He did come back after I called and saw the bag but we were home waiting his arrival all day. We received our items and was billed for wash and fold. The suit jackets are dry clean and it was washed and folded as it was wrinkly upon arrival. I assumed someone would reach out to us if there was questions about wash and fold or dry cleaned. A few of the jackets did fade. I am just disappointed in the lack of communication. If anyone is expecting dry cleaning for items you might want to clarify before sending your items.

Very fast. My clothes were completed 24 hrs before the original time I was quoted. The clerk also provided me with discount coupons on the spot!! Will definitely continue using Elite cleaners in Wichita, KS
