I was late getting back to get my laundry 🧺 and they were about to close, so I called and asked if the employee could do me a favor and leave the blankets outside for me and she replied “even though we have a severe wind storm” I said yeah that’s fine & when I got there my laundry was there waiting for me tied up in a bag safe and sound. Thanks for going the extra mile, they could’ve thrown it out.

Just spent $12 on washers, and one never went into the high speed spin cycle. The machine wasn't overloaded, only about 2/3 full. Our towels and sheets were soaked, and we informed the attendant. She didn't offer a refund or even so much as a little extra dryer time to help us out. We used our last $16 dollars to come here, and will probably end up leaving with wet laundry because of the faulty washer. We won't be returning, unfortunately.

Its close to my apt , and price not bad, but dosen't matter if there rules that laundry of pets is not allowed, and people dosen't care and still washes it, i really dont like that, including the dryers too

This is for the laundromat part. The change machines takes 5 turns to take each bill. The soap dispenser didn't dispense the box of soap after I had to pull it so hard it made my finger bleed. Both machines seen like they're from the 1950's and need a desperate upgrade. My clothes came out of the 2.75 washer machine with leftover lint all over my clothes. Dryers were not efficient at all. Cost me 1.50 per load to dry and they were small loads.

Phenomenal service and turn around time. I brought in a suit that we needed for an event the next day. Not only did they turn it around same day but the service was outstanding. Sabrina was friendly and greeted her regular customers by name. You rarely see that familiarity anymore but when you do, it makes you pause and appreciate it.
