Always a pleasure. I had an experience where my jacket zipper could not be fixed once. It was a Native American speciality ware. That it could not be fixed was disappointing to me, otherwise everything has been done well. Another time a white comforter of mine came back rapped to perfection but a stain did not come out . I continue using all seasons because of its convenience and comfort. Thank you!
