I've used this Northport laundry for over a year now, often doing $80 worth of laundry because I wash clothes twice. HOWEVER, this day, Sunday 1/19 will be my last. The place was VERRY crowded. Clientele was nice. I come with my daughter who has many health issues and we often sit while laundry is washing. This day all sitting areas were full except the ones in front of the dryers which no one was sitting in. Many people were at the dryers, taking clothes in and out. Since no one was in the chairs, we moved the to the end of our washer row, NOT IN ANYONES WAY. However, a tall black male who the lady said worked there was VERRRY AND LOUDLY DISPLEASED. Soo much so that ALL CLIENTELE STOPPED TO LISTEN TO HIM FUSS AT US BECAUSE WE NEEDED TO SIT DOWN. He had already been complaining that it was hot in the store..yet he had a coat and toboggan on. He had been taking out the trash, keeping the back door open while he emptied all of the barrels..letting the freezing cold air in. Back to the chairs: He told me he was going to speak to management..I told him I would too as he yelled. He finally went away to tell the lady behind the counter, whom I've never seen before( the 2 NICE normal ladies were not there). She came over and said we would need to move the chairs back.. thru the crowd..I told her if she wanted them back, they could move them and I would never be back..she sarcastically said "ok".. So I'm guessing because you have a good business, although I have been there when the place was deserted, you won't need mine anymore. The man was just TOOO LOUDLY BELLIGERENT..for a petty issue. Now my very sick daughter is tiredly standing.. and I forgot to mention, my daughter is clearly handicapped.

Great place to do laundry. Lady that works there was very helpful and kept the place clean. Lots of washer and dryers for small, large and super large loads. They were well maintained and in great working order. Loved that credit cards could be used on the machines.

I came back to check on my laundry to see if it was done washing. The employee told me “the regional assistant manager turned off your washing machine because it had too much in it so you have to put your clothes in another machine”. Other washing machines had signs that said, but the machine I used did not! It created an extra change for me and was a total waste of my time!

Came in for first time because my dryer died. The woman working there was very helpful and friendly. I was struggling to get my card to work and she came over and helped me quickly and kindly.

I went in at 5:25. I returned right as cycle ended and was attacked by the women manager saying she seen me me parked earlier why didn't I put in earlier. The cutoff is 5 30 and they close at 7:00. So at six I would take half hour tops to dry my paltry load of clothes, leaving a full half hour ahead of close. Instead I took my wet clothes and went elsewhere. Out of all my travels in the country this is the worst human being I have come across. Just a truly disgusting individual.
