I have not been to red hanger in 14 years, I don’t really have a need for any dry cleaning until last week and I have to say I was very impressed with the south Jordan location. The staff was friendly ,informative and punctual. I appreciated the text messaging letting me know my garment was ready for pick up. The value was exceptional I paid $13 for a wool pea coat dry cleaning and I was very pleased with the results. This will be my regular dry cleaning stop shall I need dry cleaning services again.

Great place to drop off dry cleaning. They do a wonderful job and I’ve always been pleased with the results. I’ve had them dry clean my wedding dress, formal dresses, and even my daughter’s stained blessing dress. All came out beautifully clean, without stains. My go to place for any dry cleaning needs.

Don't waste your time with Red Hanger. The "re-do" of their "re-do" spread the wrinkles on the right inseam, to include the left inseam. The "re-do" of the "re-do" didn't fix anything. I showed the employee the problem and she called her manager. She told the manager, "It looks bad and needs to be fixed." Their "specialist" will fix the problem on Monday and I'll pick up my pants on Tuesday. Sigh... 😕 Their THREE ATTMPTS, DIDN'T RESOLVE THE ISSUE OF EXTRA WRINKLES ON THE INSEAM OF MY SUIT PANTS. MY ADVICE, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

Took a pair of slack to have them lengthen by 1 inch. The tag says lengthen by an inch if not enough fabric lengthen by half inch. 10 days go by and I call to say hey you got the pants. Nope not ready. Finally the next day they call and say your pants are ready we go pick them up and they are now 1 full inch shorter. We need these pants by tomorrow which they’re like oh to fix will be like another 10 days!!! So I guess I will be busting out my sewing machine tonight.
