These guys are my go-to cleaners. They also did a great job hemming a pair of wool pants. I was nervous because they were expensive pants (Filson) but couldn’t be happier with the result. They took their time making sure I was totally happy with where the hem would be—I was very particular to the millimeter—and they delivered perfectly.

Columbus Cleaners is great! They always take the best care of all of my dry-clean only clothes and outerwear. They have even repaired one of my favorite delicate silk/lace tops that I could not have sewed myself. They are very timely and communicate very well. I even get a text when my clothes are ready for pick up. Definitely recommend!

I love Columbus so much - it's definitely not common where you leave a dry cleaners with a smile on your face lol. The team here is SO nice, they send the cutest little status texts, I've had both alterations and dry cleaning services done and they do fantastic work! My items are always ready for pick up super quick too. 10/10 recommend!!!

I can’t recommend Columbus Cleaners more! I brought my dress to another place for alterations and it wasn’t done properly. I’m in a wedding and needed my dress fixed in a short window. I dropped my dress off late in the afternoon on a Saturday and it was done on Monday! The dress fits perfect now! They did such a great job and I will definitely be back!

Hands down the best dry cleaners/tailor I’ve ever been to. I started coming here 2 months ago and now I’m a regular. They are very friendly, professional, efficient, trustworthy, and cheerful. Their notification system is great, and you can trust your items are in good hands because they take pictures of each item you drop off and upload it in your account - then you can track the progress. My items are also often ready for pick up earlier than they say they will be! I take all my dry cleaning here, and have used their tailoring service quite a bit - both are top notch. I haven’t utilized their delivery system since I live within walking distance - but I am sure it is excellent. I recommend this place to everyone!
