I dropped off a suit jacket and pants to get them dry cleaned just 3 days before an important job interview - Columbus Cleaners told me they would have the clothes ready in 2 days, but they beat their own estimate and they were ready about a day after dropping them off! Cost was reasonable, but I wish they gave me a quote in advance.

Columbus Cleaners is the friendliest dry cleaners. They are always so attentive to every detail. The alterations crew is also always helpful. I recently ordered two table runners which were 2 feet too long. The helpful alterations shortened them for me and did special stitching to leave the fringe on the linen flax cloth. Top tier service and top notch customer service. Last week I went to a friends dinner party at the Capital Grille. We were in a private room and everything was great until the hosts brought our drinks and accidentally spilled the whole tray on me. I had a brand new white sweater and it got hit with espresso martini's. I thought this brand new sweater was done but to my surprise Columbus Cleaners came to the rescue. I don't t know who they got all of the stains out but thank God they did. Amazing work and outstanding customer service. If you have clothes that you care about this is the place e to go. Columbus cleaners were amazing - I was using a different dry cleaner for a year for my comforter and I was never satisfied with the results. Columbus cleaners were extremely communicative and knowledgeable about their line of work. They constantly reassured me that they would do their best to take care of my items, and when I received my comforter back, I had never seen it so white and clean. It was as if it was brand new! I can’t believe I was using a different dry cleaner for all this time. I will definitely be back!

The drop off process was easy and the staff will also tell you they will protect the metal pieces on the shoulder side as part of the cleaning service. Just make sure to empty all the pockets. After 4 days, I went to pick up the moose knuckles and it smells clean. You will also get a text message reminder when it is ready to pick up.
