I've never had anything dry cleaned before but I've seen this place here all my life so it was just a given to go there. It was a brand name blazer from Goodwill in really nice shape for my son's prom. It was stiff. I took it in an asked if they could have it done in time & the woman at the counter assured me they could. When I picked it up I didn't have a $1 to get my daughter 3 suckers & the guy bought them for her. I left my change on the counter for him. I was amazed when I pulled out the blazer! It was so soft and the color suddenly was popping since when I purchased it and no left over odor from the process that I've heard rumor of. My son was so handsome in it!! Will definitely recommend & return when my boy enters the work force! Ty!

Very helpful, I went in for several different services. Got my suit jacket dry cleaned as well as a comforter cleaned. I then had 3 pairs of pants tailored and hemmed. Got them back all great! My only complaint was I did not receive notice if my items were done but upon calling they were extremely helpful and polite. Will be coming back in the future

Since I retired I don't dry clean as much. I was a little surprised at how much things cost. On the other hand they are competitively priced with everybody else. I like that they are more of an organic green dry cleaners then some of the competitors I did not like that they moved out of my small town and I had to travel several miles to get to the location. However they told me that they offer a free pickup and delivery service in the future so I will definitely be utilizing that Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Found out about a Tuesday morning interview on a Saturday at 2:45 PM. Rushed to Rite Cleaners by 3:00 PM right before they closed and they had the jacket dry cleaned and perfectly pressed by Monday. Witnessed some excellent customer service with the customer before me on Saturday afternoon and left very impressed by the care and knowledge they had. I know if one of my favorite garments ever got a stain, needed cleaned, or was in need of alterations, I could trust them to do it.
