Admiral Cleaners provided a great experience from drop off to pick up. Sasha provided superb customer service, giving information on the varying services. She took note of each garment I brought in and my specific requests for stains. When dropping off my items, I thought a blazer was ruined from ink stains, but I was surprised to see it return looking brand new! All around a great experience. I’m glad I found this business.

I used Admiral Cleaners for the first time recently, and had a smooth experience. The person working there was friendly and courteous. I dropped off a tuxedo in the late afternoon and received a text that it was ready the next evening. The price was reasonable and there were no issues with the results. I will definitely use them again.

The person at the desk was super professional, respectful, and helpful. The turn-around time here was really good, my only concern was the cost and customization offered for cleaning. I didn’t get to say how much starch I wanted and the neck of one of my shirts didn’t seem to get cleaned (it had been cleaned before so not stained). If it wasn’t so costly or all of my clothes were amazing this would be 5 stars for sure. That said I’d recommend them and I’ll probably go back.

They did a nice job of hemming my dress and the process was easy. Picking the dress up was awkward. When they couldn’t find the dress immediately, they said come back later. When I explained they weren’t very close to home, they looked a little harder and found my dress.
