My children want to cut and wear my wedding dress. I took it out of the box that was supposed to preserve it, and it was yellow. They were able to restore the white color. And I am so happy with the results other cleaners told me it could not be done, but embassy cleaners got it done.

I had some construction in my apartment. My winter coats caught a lot of dust. I was looking for a place with ample parking/ handicap one too. Living under a rock. Googled near me- Dry cleaners. There it was. So I went after having my stuff in car for 3 months. Service was excellent. I gave evening of 03/05/25- was ready on 03/07/25. Email / text notification was to pick up. Coats look new and fresh- Brilliant Red- like new . Pick up was just as easy. Very polite lady helped me. It’s a small business recommended by American Express too. If you have reward points you can redeem them too. ( next time) . Listed under - Shop small - shop local.❤️

First time using wash and fold service at Embassy in Scarsdale Avenue and loved it. Clean facility, easy for drop off and pick up-24/7 and Delivery available if needed. Will def use again.

Clothes came back folded and cleaned. However, I provided a brand new bottle of detergent and 3/4 of the bottle were used. It usually takes me MONTHS to use a full bottle of the concentrated detergent. The clothes feel a bit stiff, and the towels feel like sand paper. They also claimed to match socks, however many of the matches were not the same sock! In my opinion, the service is too expensive to miss these details.

I took my wedding gown to Embassy to clean and preserve it, and my experience from dropping it off to when they delivered it was simply wonderful. They explained the process to me, were very personable and professional, and the dropoff location was impeccably clean and organized! The gentleman who delivered it was so friendly and upbeat!!! My whole experience was very refreshing!! I will definitely be using Embassy in the future to care for my much loved clothing! Thank you Embassy!
