I brought my teens white-wool coat to you and when I picked it up- it looked brand NEW!! She wore it into the woods and it was so dirty and had burrs stuck to it, everywhere. You had it in pristine shape in two days. My daughter is so happy, never even knowing it could be brought right back to new status. Thanks, TROY CLEANERS!

What a great experience! I was looking for a place that I could have my daughter’s wedding dress cleaned. There were 2 options they offered- to clean and press it, or the other option was to have it clean, preserved and boxed. I went with the 1st option of cleaning and pressed - my daughter didn’t want me to spend too much. When it was done they called to let me know that there was an error on their part and it was preserved and boxed (this was almost double the cost of the clean and press). They wanted to know if I wanted it taken out of the box and they would press and hang it, or I could keep it boxed at no extra charge. I received a beautifully boxed and preserved wedding dress for the price of a clean and pressed one! I felt bad and offered to at least pay a little more but they wouldn’t let me- they said it was their error. Who does that anymore?! They didn’t try to charge me more, there was no hassle, no blaming they just took responsibility and were SO KIND about it! Absolutely coming here for all my dry cleaning needs! If you have a wedding dress you want taken care of- I highly recommend Troy Cleaners in Port Huron!

This is my father‘s World War II uniform jacket. It hung in the house for 77 years uncovered. It had what appeared to be mold on one sleeve and I was just trying to get it cleaned up a little. I was charged a certain price and paid when I gave them the jacket. Time went by and I visited the laundry a couple of times to ask about the jacket. I was told that it was being re-processed a couple of times. After about four weeks, I was getting a little concerned and then I got a call that it was ready. It looked spectacular as you can see from the photo. I was so pleased. I put it on Facebook. Although it must’ve taken an extra work, I was never charged any additional fees.. I could not be happier with the service from Troy cleaners.

The wash and fold service is nice, however a few of my clothing items were damaged. It looks like bleach stains or some type of chemical stain on one dress. A few items also had this weird dust or lint, almost as if it was fold on a dirty table throughout. One dress was ruined while the other clothes had to be re-washed. Customer service was great, we had the general Manager help me as a new client and explain the process. When I went to pick up the comforters it looks like a newer employee helped check out which she wasn't aware customers can pay through the link provided. The main purpose for a laundry service is for a professional clean with no damage, which wasn't achieved. Two stars are for convenience, easy to pay & check on clothes status, and customer service in the store. I expected better from a dry cleaning service overall. After spending a little over 150 for the service and 2 comforters, we won't be returning due to quality of care.
