One star is too good for their service. I left my husband’s jacket for dry cleaning, they ruined the jacket. They say they didn’t use any chemicals for dry cleaning and didn’t wash it. The jacket is hand made, cashmere jacket and Italian made. We paid $600 for the jacket and barely wore the jacket. The manager said she can add small money to my account. I just picked it up without any compensation. Stay away from this store.
