The washers hold quite a bit and really get your clothes clean; the dryers are large and get the job done well, also. The soap vending machine is broken, so make sure to bring your laundry supplies with you. Early washes save $0.50.

Not to clean but washers and dryers work excellent would recommend for people that can't do during the day they're open 24 hours reasonable priced

I'm only giving 1 star because there's no option for none. Washers leaking, dryers not working. No one at the location to refund money taken by non functioning dryer. Of the 3 dryers I tried to use, only 1 is actually running and getting hot. 1 is tumbling but no heat, even on the high setting. And the other one took my money doesn't work at all. The picture is not the location on Booth Calloway. There's no space. It's crowded. Will not be coming back, and I need my 5 dollars back from the non working dryers.

What a DUMP. We have tried to use this place 3 times in 3 yrs to wash quilts. We always end up going somewhere else. Machines are broken, STEAL YOUR MONEY. Store is dirty, vending machine abandoned. It's obvious the owner has stopped maintaining this place. I'm surprised the landlord has not chained the door

This is the best Laundry service we have ever used. They are always flexible, friendly and amazingly helpful. A few weeks ago, we arrived home late from a long trip and we had a one day turnaround prior to leaving again. Michelle personally picked up our laundry at 10:00 in the evening and returned it the next day. They have never disappointed us. At first we were concerned about switching to The Laundry Butler because they did not not have a bricks and mortar store front, but the service they offer has far exceeded anything we have ever experienced with a dry cleaner that has a store front and just happens to do home delivery. We used Duncan for several years and then we used Segal's Fine Cleaning for many years, but this company and service runs rings around them all. We switched to The Laundry Butler about a year ago and we could not be happier. Michelle and team, keep up the great work. Sincerely, Wayne Goldberg
