I took my wedding dress here to be cleaned and preserved at the end of July, I checked on it periodically. The first time in mid August, was told it’s been cleaned but not sent to be preserved. I waited until end of September to go in person to check again. She told me I think it’s back let me check and she went to look and I was told it hadn’t been sent out yet. I was going out of town the next day and was on my way to work so I just let it be. Time gets away from me and the next time I check in person was early December. I go in and say if it hasn’t been sent out, I’ll just pay for the cleaning and take my dress. The girl told me it hadn’t come back from preservation yet and she’d call me later that day with an update of when it would be back. I had to call. This is when she told me my dress cannot be located and she got the UPS tracking from the preservation company saying it was delivered to them September 27th but cannot locate it. Neither the manager or the owner has contacted me at all. I or my mother always call and get the same response that they’ll leave a message for the owner or manager and that they’ll contact me. I’m 26 years old I paid for my own dress and I loved it. I live in an apartment and just wanted it to be stored properly. I cannot replace this sentimental item obviously and I’m very heartbroken about it, ALL I WANT IS A FAIR RESOLUTION!!! For an item as important as a wedding dress I wouldn’t think it would be this hard for a company to do the right thing. They also will not give me the name or number of a manager or the owner. I have taken it upon myself to call UPS and the company where it was preserved to get any information, which I got nothing too helpful unfortunately. I know that the preservation company received my dress on August 30th and they shipped it back September 24th, and should have been received at Pristine on the 27th and was signed for. I cannot recommend this dry cleaners to anyone, especially to brides, for the reasons above.

I went to Pristine for the first time a few weeks ago because it was recommended. I had a stain on a designer jacket. When I went to pick it up I was thrilled because they got the stain out but looking further I found they had shredded the sleeve where I had the stain. I asked for my money back from the cleaning. After sending me back & forth between their 2 locations I was fed up. I tried to contact the manager & then the owner but no one would return my calls nor was anyone at the store helpful in anyway-actually rude. Of course I would never recommend this dry cleaner. I thought the owner might contact me to apologize but never a word. They have problems with the management. Sad because it was my first time & I wanted to like them & make them my dry cleaner!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Just an absolutely perfect experience with Pristine! They accommodated my last minute request for a formal outfit I needed returned in 2 days. Even in the throws of a Hurricane they came thru! Their professionalism, quality of work and communication are beyond any dry cleaning company I have ever used! I will only use them from now on and will recommend to everyone.
