Communication issues on when my coat would be altered, I was not made aware that the date on the ticket for pickup was incorrect, as the tailor was over a week behind. This information would’ve been helpful to know when dropping off, not a week later. I was told the coat would not be ready on the date that I needed it, 8 days after dropping it off. I went to go pick up the coat unaltered but was told the tailor was able to fix it. So all in all happy to have an altered coat in time for a trip to Chicago. Nice alteration too. Store 2 and 1 don’t communicate well is my impression. If you can just go to store 1.
