Brought in a bridesmaids dress for alterations 3 weeks ago. I called Monday to check the status because the wedding is this upcoming weekend. I was informed my dress was ready, frustrating they didn’t call me but glad it was finished. Went to pick it up as soon as I got off work, the girl put it in my car, I paid and went on my way, not thinking I needed to check the work done. When I got home to try it on to check the length, I discovered the absolute worst hem I’ve ever seen! It is uneven, bunched up the entire way around and has string hanging in multiple places. Literally embarrassing that I will have to wear this expensive dress and be photographed in it as there’s no time to get it fixed! Extremely disappointing and will absolutely spread the word! I wish I could post a picture and video here. It’s awful! I believe alterations are outsourced, however, New Method is held responsible as they should be aware of the people they are outsourcing work to!
