My mother dropped off a two piece dress with rhinestones to be cleaned. First of all she was charged over $60 for the cleaning which was outrageous, secondly when she handed them the dress the employee balled it up and threw it under the counter. When she handed them the dress there were no issues, no holes, it just needed cleaning. When she picked it up and took it home she noticed a hole right in the center of the chest which she believes came from the rough way the dress was handled. It looks like the rhinestone caught the sheer material and tore it. She took the dress back to see if they could fix it and they were rude and denied that they caused the hole. They refused to fix or give her money back. Do NOT use these cleaners. Very unprofessional. Update/response: it was dropped off this past Monday to a shorter Caucasian lady, picked up yesterday and my mom returned this morning to see if it could be fixed. The lady this morning was a different lady, taller and she argued that the hole was already there when it was not.
