The work you do is great but the communication is not good. I was charged $66 for dry cleaning a dress. If I had known it would be that much I would have done it myself or elsewhere. $46 +20 surcharge is nuts.

After recently moving to the area and experimenting with many different local dry cleaners, I’m glad that I finally found one deserving of its namesake—the Best Cleaners. They provide a high quality dry cleaning service, with free home pickup and delivery, and can handle basic stain removal (which is apparently something other Capital Region dry cleaners are still trying to figure out). The best part is that they’re open on weekends.

I would extremely recommend this place. I had a white suit Jacket and brought it to a laundry place in Central Ave and explained what needs to be done. When picked up there was nothing done and returned. Then when picking up again there was nothing done again. My white jacket still had stains But I searched for the best dry cleaner is albany because with a white jacket I don't want to take chance... and literally I found found the Best Cleaners and they gave a surprise when they said that: Your jacket is done!. I was still skeptical but when I arrived.. it was actually clean... they are magics and there is not jokes when talking about cleaning.!!!!

I've been coming here for a few years now, and wouldn't go anywhere else. My clothing is always cleaned and returned perfectly to me! And almost always ready for pick up next day! Denise is one of the nicest and most pleasant employees I have ever encountered.
