Agent was very helpful. She told me about the service and when my son's suit jacket would be ready. Because I was New customer, several discounts were applied. I was told it would be 3 days because of the weekend... but the next day (a Saturday) I received a text message saying they were able to clean and press the jacket and it was ready early (in 1 day) for pickup. The price was very good too.

Let me just say, this business is professional and beyond compassionate!!! Long story short I dropped something off to be altered and could not get back to pick it up due to a death in the family. When I got back to them I did not know about their 30 day hold policy and it went way past that. The unexpected death in my family left me a crazy person for a bit and when I reached out to them I was not nice. But despite my rude behavior they acknowledged me & my family with their condolences and then told me they would hold my item until I could get there. To Sage Cleaners and their staff. Thank you for restoring my faith in humanity and being nice to a stressed out crazy lady when you didn't have to. Y'all listen these people are good old fashion nice. Even with rude people. I will use them at a drop of a hat in my future. If they will have me!!
