They were very kind and did a precise and fast job! I had a vintage jacket without the directions on the inside to tell them how to wash it. I appreciate them reaching out to tell me they could still move forward, but they don’t have exact instructions on how to clean the jacket. This jacket has been passed down over the generations. I deeply appreciate their honesty! They did great on cleaning my other jackets!

I never thought I’d have a different or more than standard experience at a Dry Cleaners to be honest lol Until I recently visited Brits Cleaners in Old Katy . It was so nice walking into a place where your greeted with a smile, kind conversation, fast but very efficient work ethic . But, the experience got even better after I left and got a tracking communication text for updates for pickup , photo images of the suit and articles I dropped off - and to top it all off - I received a text that the suit and clothes were ready 3 days earlier !!! Wait - it gets better lol - you can also request delivery… or notify the store when you will be coming to pickup for more comvenient / faster service! I was thanked for coming in and I really wanted to brag on this business because this type of service and customer service/ business relationship is a lost art these days ; but not here at Brite Cleaners .

I have to say they did a great job overall! I had about 11 or 12 pieces, and everything was ready in just 3 days. I love that they take pictures of all your items, which are stored in your profile, and they also show you when you can pick up. I'm giving it a 4-star rating because I thought the price was a bit high, but otherwise, very happy with the service!

I recently went to Brite Touch (Classic Cleaners) The staff is great. I took 3 items in and I was very pleased with how they were cleaned and pressed. The also updated my by call and text on the status of my clothing and when they would be ready. I will go back again!

With all the great reviews I was encouraged to give them a try. $200 for 20 items is a little extreme. This will be the last time I go here. Some of the items cost more to clean than I actually paid for the initial garment. I got my invoices via email and was so confused. A simple dress $14 short style and long dress $18. Ridiculous.
