I was charged for dry cleaning for a shirt that is clearly marked to be washed. The lady at the Woodway location refused to understand that this shirt is to be washed , her excuse was it’s the type of material. I asked her to have her manager to call me and she refused. DO NOT USE RIVER OAKS CLEANERS!!!! They should have asked for my approval first. To this day no one has contacted me. I even on there website and asked for someone to call and they not. River Oaks Cleaners do not believe in great customer service!!! Donald

Trust me folks, this place isn’t worth the headache. To get dress shirts cleaned is roughly $2.50 at this location with tax, and that has increased over the past couple years. For the hassle of them being returned occasionally wrinkled, with a random stain, or with a missing/broken button, isn’t worth the hassle. To go two weeks without an explanation and complete ineptness of why a jacket can’t have a small hole patched or at the very least returned to its drop off point, is beyond inexcusable. Then to top it off, get charged three months later for an “outstanding balance” when my card was on file for months is simply a poor business practice. My fault for not removing the card when I stopped visiting. The owner himself stated it should’ve been a credit as I was overcharged back on my last visit of 1/24 (how that’s even possible to begin with is mind boggling), yet after that call, I was told by the new employee at this particular location I was undercharged. Two days later, I have yet to be refunded and even after inquiring with my bank, there is no verification a credit has been issued from this merchant. I just wanted the $2 unauthorized charge explained and reversed. Clearly this place is struggling with poor cleaning, poor customer service and training, and desperately needs the $2 themselves; that’s fine, they can keep it at this point. You get what you pay for and as a younger person, figured this was an acceptable price for dry cleaning. Do yourself a favor and don’t trust all the reviews you read (take this for what it’s worth based on my personal experience), but spend the extra dollar or so for verified quality work. I did inform the new employee at the location during the final call I would be leaving a review of my experience on all social media outlets.
