I believe this location has a problem with “over-promising and under-delivering”. It was a mess getting my order picked up after I was given the wrong information, but I did appreciate the manager picking up the order regardless, which is why this review is not one star. After calling and using the online inquiry system on Monday, with no response, I called again this morning (Tuesday) and was told my order should be dropped off tonight. When I called back, now it has been moved to tomorrow. We will see if they actually deliver it. This process has really been a hassle and has taken up a lot of my time. I can’t say I recommend this service.

I brought a very delicate lace dress and women’s sport coat in for cleaning. I am very happy with the outcomes for both and I think my sport coat looks brand new! Will be taking all my couture items here in the future - thank you Brite Touch!

This is my second time going to this location and the service continues to be Pleasing! These guys are Welcoming, informative, and provide great results. I dropped off a stained pair of off-white slacks. And when I picked them up they looked brand new. Will continue to go to this location for any of my Dry cleaning needs! Received my jacket damaged and they refused to accept fault. They tried to say they received the jacket this way, meanwhile I was not aware of the burn and they did not tell me when I dropped the jacket off. They also did something, like maybe keeping heat on it, to cause an imprint on the jacket liner to show on the outside. I tried to resolve this by contacting them and here were the main points: 1. Nicole, the manager, said they couldnt have caused it. Also proceeded to tell me how my jacket was cheap and how they deal with much more expensive items. 2. Jonathan, the owner, tried to give me store credit but would refuse to pay for the jacket replacement. I had no interest in receiving store credit for a service that causes damage. This place is not cheap and still very provides a poor service/customer service experience.
