First time user of Major Cleaners….Feaster Road location is where I went and I must say that the customer service, communication and speed of service (without requesting) was fantastic! Pricing seemed fair and garments look great. I wholly recommend Major Cleaners.

Very easy process. I love that prices are posted at the counter. Their drive up window is excellent, they have those chicfila style doors making the pick up a real breeze. They even offered to load the items for me. I liked the portal they provide. As far as the cleaning-11/10 impressed! I needed several formal items cleaned and decided to go to majik cleaners for their 24hr availability. Huge mistake. Lost everything i brought to them due to their incompetence. This place has the best text communication, and the friendliest faces. I brought them a deeply soiled silk tie that sat gross for about a week. Upon pick up the tie appeared store-shelf new. The several locations throughout will solidify me as a repeat customer. And the awesome team on feaster deserve extra marshmallows in their hot cocoa! Thank you guys.

I needed two new dresses pressed for a wedding. And I was wicked late to the game. They had it done perfect in under a day! It was my first experience with dry cleaning. I will not ever consider anywhere else!

I'm so upset right now. I searched everything I could to find the best and highly recommended professional dry cleaners to entrust a very sentimental and Beautiful gown to have cleaned to wear to my only Granddaughter 's Cotillion to this Saturday. It has rhinestones on the jacket and dress. I signed a waiver in case the rhinestones fell off. This I didn't mine because things happen I understand this. I tried this dress on several times to show my family how it looked. It looked brand new. I was so worried about the rhinestones falling off I didn't see the large hole in the front of the dress untill I got home. I called them immediately when I saw it and they said to bring it in the next morning. I did. They proceed to tell me that the hole was in the dress when I dropped it off. When I tell you I paid 61.00 to have this dressed cleaned. Do you think I would have bought this dress in to be cleaned with this big hole in it. Common sense please!!!!! Terrible customer service and refused to take responsibility . If I could give them a 0 star I would.
