The only thing I felt worried about was that I was told everything would be ready on Thursday or Friday but I didn’t receive a text until Monday telling me it was ready.

Major cleaners is great! I dropped off my king size comforter that had a spill on it to be cleaned and Lauren was quick to grab it and my information. I selected to be contacted via text, so they reached out with a pickup/delivery option whenever my comforter was ready. They removed the spill and nicely bagged it and delivered it to my door for free! One thing to add, while waiting in line I noticed a sign on their door that stated they would launder any outfit for you if you are unemployed and needing items spruced up for an interview. What a kind gesture to offer! I will be using Major Cleaners again and would definitely recommend!

When I came in for the first time they gave me a little new customer pack to make sure I was well-acquainted with them and the business, which I thought was nice.
