I gave it 2 stars. One star was for cleaning performance. It was done adequately. One star was for timeliness. It was back on time. They lost a star on accuracy. They made a mistake dry cleaning an item instead of laundering like requested. They lost another star for professionalism. When I brought the mistake to their attention they didnt correct it. They lost the final star that I give for friendly and courteous service because the employee made unnecessary snarky remarks not liking having been shown to have made an error. In the end, I switched cleaners.
