Poor service. Can not get job done after a few times.

They advertise same day service but when it was requested they said it would be done by 5. We went to pick up at 5 the same day and the clothes were still wet and they said oh sorry the person who presses is already gone for the day. Do not recommend going here they are very unhelpful and always seem to misplace your clothing items. Very unprofessional.

Williams cleaners ruined my Mother of the Bride dress and would not take responsibility for the damages. The owner said the dress was ruined because it was cheap. Since then I have talked to more people with the same issue. Do not trust them with special items.

Everyone has their favorite pair of jeans. I took mine to them to get the zipper replaced. They lost them and and can’t find me in their system. Will never use or recommend them again.
