My experience was very positive. I was waited on quickly. I received a text message saying my clothes were ready to be picked up. It was a day earlier than originally anticipated. The 2 articles looked very good. I have a mobility disability. The day I went to pick up my clothes I was struggling quite a bit. The two women staff workers noticed my difficulties and came out to assist me. They were caring, supportive, patient and respectful. We completed the transaction outside and then they helped me get to my car. They gave me suggestions for navigating safely next time. It was all a good interaction.

I’ve used this cleaners on a regular basis, the staff is usually friendly and helpful. In August I brought in several comforters for cleaning, one of them was delayed a month. When I finally received it, it was damaged. A repair was attempted multiple times which made the comforter look like it was shredded by an amateur seamstress. Now it can’t be located, no refund was given, and the item has not been replaced by them.

Would never go here again after they wore my shirt and gave it back to me with sweat patches under the arm pits of my shirt. It didn’t have it on there when I gave it to them, and had a few stains on there that I didn’t even do. But Of course they didn’t do it, the manager said, but couldn’t not explain the sweat patches or the stains on it. Clearly someone from their company went out and had a great time with my brand new shirt on, and when when he was done sweating threw it he just threw it back on the hanger and magically it’s clean. Terrible way of doing business with a returning customer. I’m done with this cleaners!
