Dropped off a down comforter on June 8th was told it would take about three days for it to be finished. After about five days had passed we had called to check on it just curious and they had stated it was just taking a little longer than usual which is understandable. another week passed. We called back but this time we were told that our comforter had been lost and they were still trying to find it and if it wasn’t found we would be reimbursed for it or they would purchase the same one for us. Well here we are a month and two weeks from drop off date and when we go in we are told we have to have the owner approve of the payment and cannot be reached. I would love to give a 5 star review because the staff is amazing but due to the fact this issue has not been resolved I just cannot.

Took several pieces of dress clothing up with stains/melted wax from crayons I dried at home. Unfortunately they were not able to get them out, but we're very honest upfront in the probability and and fair with the cost and attempt at removing them. Will use them again in the future for regula services. Very friendly and easy to work with.

Dry cleaning has always been satisfactory. No complaints. Had patches sewed on Military jackets, Looks wonderful. Employees are always helpful with questions. Willing to help carry items to car. Love the service of Summer Cushions pick up & storage for winter.
