***DO NOT TAKE YOUR UGG BOOTS HERE*** They use a third party to clean their leather. My boots were brand new, had only been worn a couple of times, just had a few water stains on them that I wanted removed. But when I picked my boots back up, they were ruined. It looks like they used a grill brush or some other wire brush to literally scrub my boots. Totally unnecessary and the absolute wrong way to clean these boots. Completely destroyed them. I left my boots there, told them they could just throw them away, that I no longer want them after what they did to them. I paid $60 to have them cleaned, I should've just bought another pair. I advised Powell Cleaners NOT to continue to use the third party company to clean their leather, Sunshine Cleaners in Kentucky clearly doesn't know what they're doing.
