All I can say is they offer the finest customer service here and I have yet to be let down. Any time I have had an item needed back quickly, they are able to rush the order and have it back to me next day. I brought a comforter in for cleaning and it was handled to perfection (it was a silk bed spread). Their services are one I highly recommend if you want consistency and very nice people!
