My first visit to Faulkner's was in 1994 (30 years ago). I left a tuxedo to be cleaned. When I returned 2 weeks later to pick up the tuxedo (following a short vacation), the staff presented me with an envelope containing $180. They found the money in the tuxedo pants when prepping the garment for the cleaning process. I had forgotten that I had carried that money with me to the event where I had last worn the tuxedo. As a first-time customer with no prior history with Faulkner's, I was blown away by their honesty and the respect they showed to me. From that time forward I entrusted Faulkner's with all my business attire (suits, shirts, ties, overcoats, scarves, etc.). They've never disappointed, and the quality of their work remains consistent to this day!
