I have been very pleased with Faulkners. The staff is always very pleasant. My garments always look and feel great when I get them back. This last week I took in a couple odd items that need some repair. When I went in to pick up my shirts and the items the girl up front said that their alteration people wouldn't do the work, so she did it. It was perfect. Awesome customer service! They did a wonderful Job in the service I asked for. Me and my hubby needed my dress and his tuxedo pressed for his company’s Christmas party, it was last minute. they had it ready the day before the party. I was just shocked at how fast the service was! And when I went to go pick up Our clothes I forgot to ask for her name but the lady was so sweet and kind I really appreciate her patience with me!

I dropped off a comforter a couple weeks ago. I asked when I dropped it off if I needed to pay, but I was told that I could take care of that when I picked it up. When I went to pick it up, I let them know that I had a text message coupon. They told me that I needed to have given that to them at drop off. There was nothing in the text message from the company that indicated that. I asked them to let me know where it said I had to present the coupon at drop off, and they agreed with me that it did not say it anywhere. They were not willing or able to adjust the price. I wanted to share my experience in case anyone else ever wanted to use a coupon. I reached out privately via text message and email when I got an email and text from the company requesting I leave a review. But no one from the company has responded.
