Janel is amazing and just a beautiful person to do business with. She is kind, polite and I look forward to her friendly smiles when I’m there. Her energy is wonderful. She is always willing help me with any questions I met the owner and he is just as nice! Tthis place is a pillar in our community and I hope they stay for years to come. I was really impressed with my experience at All Seasons. I brought some heavily stained items on various fabric types that were years old and I had little hope they’d be removed, but everything looks great! It was all done a day earlier than estimated too. I was surprised by how much more dresses cost than other garments but I assume this is industry standard. I also forgot to take all of my hangers home with me and they packaged them up and returned with my garments. Will be using them again

I’ve been living over here for 8 years, I have only came into this establishment two times. The first time I came into this establishment. All the bigger washing machines were broke so I walked out. But as I’m sitting in the parking lot waiting on my clothes to finish drying I decided I’m going to make a review I was fine up until I had to dry my clothes I have a large family so I only use the bigger washers and dryers 2 of the 3 bigger dryers are out of services with no sign saying they are out of services so I had to take all my clothes out of them and put them in a working dryer. the bigger dryers are 4.50 with a 34 min cycle and and the smaller ones are 2.75 with a 30 min cycle I had to run another cycle on all the dryers that we was using because our clothes wasn’t dry I went to the lady first and I told her well my clothes aren’t dry she told me I had to pay for another cycle and that if I want more time I have to put it in while the cycle is going. Never have an ever went to a laundry mat and had to pay for another cycle. Moral of the story expect to pay more for the dyers and the machines to be broke . Idk I won’t be back go across the street they are better just packed this day and I needed to get laundry out the way should have just waited .

Based on my experience, I will give them negative stars if I could! I was spoken to very coldly when I walked in, so I walked right back out the door. The woman behind the cleaners desk stared at me as I came in, let out a deep sigh, threw up her hands and said, "I guess everybody decided to come in at the same time!" I was about to say something to her, then she said, "all of my machines are either out of order or in use right now!" I will not be back, and I am telling my friends who live near there about this experience. That was the second establishment in less than 1 hour, where I was treated very badly. The way they treat me says a lot about them and has nothing to do with me, but unfortunately, I have to have bad experiences because of their bad behavior.

Lots of capacity. Machine cycles are rather quick. Press button for what cycle you want before adding money on the big washers. Washers of four different sizes from normal to huge. Dryer sizes from large to comically giant. Because it's also a dry cleaner, the building is staffed, which explains why it's much cleaner than typical laundromats. Also they must have a massive water softener system to get such soft clean water.

Been using All Seasons at the Bass Lake Road/Crystal, MN location for almost 3 years for launder/press of dress shirts, and dry cleaning of my suits. They have always had great staff who's been friendly and helpful, always had my stuff done on time, and overall I simply can't complain. And to top it off, just the other day I had picked up my dry cleaning and inside one of the "you forgot something in your pockets, but don't worry, we checked them for you" bags I pulled out $60 I had completely forgot about inside one of my suits. Talk about integrity. Even though I moved into the next city over, and there are dry cleaning places closer to me, I'll make the short drive over to All Seasons anytime I need their services.
