Parked on the side of the building, left my sunroof open. My vehicle smelled like smoke when I got into it (no I don’t smoke). No wonder the ladies that work there are smoking by the vehicles oh about every 20 minutes. I really should sue, for second hand exposure.

The clerk was Sick with a cold but pushed through. My dry cleaning and two alterations were done exactly as asked and with a fast turn around. Did not expect them until next week. Please give Betty kudos from us!

The washing machines are new and in great condition. The washing area is clean and orderly. I would like them to upgrade the seating area for customers, it is very dated. A table and chairs at the entrance and another larger designated seating area beside the washing machines would be appreciated. The one area with seating (3 chairs) by the machines are too close together, are not adequate, comfortable, or suitable for waiting for laundry to clean.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Very clean. Reasonably priced. I came the day after a thunderstorm and some of the washers weren't working but the staff allowed me to use open ones before they did their drop off laundry. Will definitely use again and highly recommend!!
