When dropping off my comforter the person working appeared to be rushed thus rushing me. She wouldn't let me talk when trying to explain that I recd a discount via text. Otherwise my experience was great. The person working when I picked up my comforter was very nice and attentive. Both workers wished me a good day upon leaving the store.

My first visit was very good. Everyone was so pleasant & helpful. I was pleased with the care of my clothes and packaging of them. Thank you for that. I thought you had a Senior discount like most cleaners & businesses. You are higher about $1.50 higher per item. That’s why a senior discount would help. I’m sure there are a lot of seniors in your neighborhood who would use your cleaners if there was some sort of discount even if it’s one day a week. Business will grow when you give back to the community.

Man the first time I got here my clothes are destroyed. I ONLY gave two stars because the other cleaning was fine but my white dance dress is completely ruined. And when I went to initially pick up my clothes I informed the lady my dress was destroyed and she said leave it here and she would let the manager know and they would contact me back in a week for a refund. It’s been two weeks ! And I have been up there twice. No refund yet, and no contact from manager. SMH not a good first impression.
