I brought in a brand new suit for my son’s prom to make sure it was pressed and ready to go for this Saturday. When I went to pick it up yesterday, the paints were stained with black spots and a dirt patch. The clerk did not bring to my attention. When asked what can be done, she said the suit can be sent back. Now I’m scrambling to find a suit for his prom tomorrow because they damaged this one. I would not recommend nor use this service again.

I did not realize our new ownership and I had a coupon that I normally use when I check out, but I was supposed to present it when I dropped my dry cleaning off and did not realize that. That’s the only thing that bothered me.

I bought a new set of drapes for my living room and even though they were not in bad shape when they arrived, I still wanted to get them pressed. Took them to West Oak cleaners. This was my first time using WestOak, and I am very pleased with the result. I’m glad I did take them because it really made a big difference, I don’t have much occasion to use a dry cleaner any more, but I’m glad I found them and I will certainly go back. A good dry cleaner is something you really don’t think about a lot until you need one and then it can be a real dilemma. If it’s important enough to get professionally cleaned, then it’s important to have a good cleaner. The cost was $56 and I don’t know if that is low or high on the scale of pressing drapes, but it was well worth the money. I also have to take into account how long it has been since I’ve had any occasion to use a dry cleaner. Location is important to me and. Being next to Dierberg‘s is a real plus, able to do two things in one trip. I will certainly go back and recommend them to others.
