Really friendly staff and have your clothing cleaned really quickly. They also do delivery for an extra cost. Very fair pricing. Would recommend this place for your dry cleaning need.

This summer I got my motorcycle jacket fixed. I was treated as if I were beneath them. Sorry that my riding jacket doesn't look as posh as a suit jacket but it's still a $500 jacket and I'm still a paying customer. The front counter guy was so extremely rude. They didn't even phone me when it was done when they told me they would. I had to call THEM and when I picked it up, they just looked down at me. No smiles or pleasantries. I'm never going back there to get anything fixed. I noticed a lot of other bad reviews for their tailoring. Jenny from Twice and Nice does tailoring and knows a really good tailor. Skip this place and talk to her instead. That's where I'm going now.

Awesome establishment! Staff are great to deal with, very professional. The service is stellar, garments were cleaned very well, sharp creases in the trousers. Cleaning was ready earlier than they estimated, and prices are very affordable, includes pick-up and delivery service to neighbouring towns. Highly recommend!

If you love your dress, do not send it here. I took my dress in on the recommendation of “Your Wedding Place”. I was trusting them to do a good job because I thought they were professionals. All throughout the process there were warning signs, my tailor immediately started cutting my dress with scissors while I was wearing it. He said he’d clean up the hem line later. I asked if he could reinforce a hook and eye and he forgot to do that the first time around. And all the tailors struggled to figure out the bustle, I ended up having to tell them what to. The whole process was stressful and I was constantly confused about what they were doing. After the hem and the bustle were done, I paid $420 for all the work. Then the day before the wedding I looked at the train of my dress and noticed it was very unevenly cut, and there were snip marks along the edges. I don’t even know why they cut the train of my dress. All in all, I was really disappointed with how it turned out. I would definitely not recommend them for tailoring. Update: Classic Cleaners did reach out to me and they gave me a full refund and offered to clean and preserve my wedding dress free of charge.

I cannot speak enough good things about Classic Cleaners dry cleaning services and their amazing customer service. I had my wedding dress ‘cleaned’ at Ethos in Calgary after my outdoor wedding. My dress was so dirty. When I picked up my dress at Ethos it was if it was never even cleaned. They charged me almost $500. I decided to take my dress to Classic Cleaners and they were more than willing to help me. Shanna, the manager, came to speak with me about the dress once she was informed about my situation. She was so kind and truly cared about helping me out by offering to clean my dress at a discounted price because I already paid so much at Ethos. I cannot remember the name of the other lady who greeted me when I first came in and explained the situation to but she was also so kind and caring. Thank you SO much Classic Cleaners for doing such an amazing job cleaning my dress. Your exceptional customer service and professionalism exceeded my expectations. I truly cannot thank you enough.
