Update: the owner is working with me to replace the damaged clothes! I just picked up $150 of wash & fold and all my clothes are ruined! They were supposed to wash in cold and hang dry, but they definitely dried the clothes, probably on high heat, and may have washed on warm or hot too. I can barely fit into my pants because they shrunk so much--they are really tight and also shorter in length. My sweaters I wear to work shrink and are pilling. Basically my favorite pants and shirts and work wardrobe is ruined and I'm out at least $1,000!

Brought in a 50 year old Sierra Designs jacket that was dirty. Staff said they would do what they could but "no guarantees." My expectations were that the jacket would at least be sanitary, but when I picked it up it looked great--all the soil and stains were removed. I am very happy to have the jacket back and wearable.

Very quick, friendly staff. Get it in by noon, and they can have it done same day. My 9x9 quilt cost around $47 to have cleaned, and they packed it up nicely in a zippered plastic tote. All the noticeably dirty spots are clean, and smells fresh. Got a text when it was ready and chose to pick it up in person, but they also apparently offer delivery. I’ve never had anything dry cleaned before for comparison, but I’d rate this as a pleasant and painless experience.
